Exchange & Returns

At GenuinsLB, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Please take a moment to review our policy regarding exchanges, manufacturing defects, and order errors.

1. Returns

We do not offer refunds for purchases made online or in-store. However, you may exchange your item under the conditions outlined below.

2. Exchanges

You may exchange your product for a different size or another item either online or in-store within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The original box, voucher, and label are present.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Exchanges can be made:

  • In-store: Present your product along with the voucher and packaging.

  • Online: Contact our customer service team to arrange a return shipment and the delivery of your replacement item.

3. Incorrect Orders or Manufacturing Defects

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or the wrong product, GenuinsLB will replace it free of charge.
In such cases:

  • GenuinsLB will cover all return and reshipping costs.

  • The replacement process will begin once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

4. Conditions for Acceptance

To qualify for an exchange or replacement:

  • The item must be in new condition, with its box, label, and voucher.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

5. How to Request an Exchange or Replacement
