Payment Methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): You can pay in cash when the order is delivered to your address.

    • You must ensure that someone is available to receive and pay for the order.

    • Refusal to accept or pay for a confirmed order may result in account suspension.

6. Order Confirmation and Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming we have received it.
This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or reject any order at our discretion.

  • Cancel an order if the product is unavailable, mispriced, or in case of payment issues.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund through the original payment method or as store credit.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Cash on Delivery Policy

We deliver orders within Lebanon (and to select regions, if applicable).

Delivery Times:

Estimated delivery time: 3 Working Days, depending on your location.
Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., logistics, weather, or public holidays).

Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees are 4$ all over lebanon

Cash on Delivery Terms:

  • You must provide an accurate delivery address and reachable phone number.

  • The delivery courier will contact you before delivery.

  • If you refuse or fail to pay upon delivery, GenuinsLB reserves the right to restrict or block your future orders.

9. Intellectual Property Rights
