CARE INSTRUCTIONS
1. General Recommendations
· Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or intense heat sources (radiators, closed cars, etc.). Excessive heat may dry out and crack the cork and other materials.
· Do not immerse in water or machine wash.
· If the footwear gets wet, allow it to dry naturally at room temperature. Never use hair dryers, heaters, or other direct heat sources.
· Avoid contact with water, as it may cause the cork to deteriorate over time.
· Air out after each wear to allow moisture to evaporate naturally.
· Regular wear helps the anatomical footbed adapt to the shape of the foot.
2. Cork Footbed Care
The anatomical footbed is made of natural cork and rubber — flexible and durable materials that require proper care.
· Clean gently with a soft brush or dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap. Do not soak.
· Allow to air dry completely before wearing again.
3. Upper Material Care
Smooth Leather (Napa)
· Clean with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth.
· Apply leather conditioner periodically to maintain flexibility.
· Polish with a clean cloth to restore the finish.
Suede / Nubuck
· Brush regularly with a special suede/nubuck brush.
· Do not use leather creams.
· Apply a protective waterproof spray before first wear and repeat periodically.
Synthetic Material
· Clean with a damp cloth and mild soap.
· Do not apply leather care products.
· Wipe dry with a clean cloth.
4. Storage
· Store in a dry, well-ventilated place. Avoid damp or enclosed spaces for long periods.
· Do not place heavy items on top to preserve the original shape.
· For major repairs or sole replacement, consult a professional specialist.
